At this stage the process of requirements' formalization and their documenting in the form of the project primary documentation is performed.

• Strategic IT-Planning. At this stage the project life cycle is determined; the expert evaluation of compliance of the selected solution to the company’s growth requirements is carried out. Based on the data obtained at this stage, the solution architecture is designed and the project documentation, on the basis of which the further development of the project will be carried out, is created.

• Integration and Development. At this stage the idea is turned into reality – the necessary equipment is delivered, the software is changed, and the necessary mechanisms for the integration with the Customer’s existing IT infrastructure are developed. Numerous solution tests are carried out – stress test, functional test, information security test.

• Support. Any project requires support. Our experts are ready to support the results of our company’s work and to undertake the technical support of the existing solutions of the Customer.
