SALUTE Technology

 

 

Salute is the patented technological solution developed by IMMO Group (patent of the Russian Federation No. 2491768 as of August 27, 2013, patent of Ukraine No. 104548 as of April 10, 2014), which enables the provision of interactive services in a non-intrusive way and only at the most suitable moments for that.

 

Salute technology transmits teaser-headers from various services on mobile phone screen when the device is in the hands of a subscriber, so that its owner can see the message for sure (at the end of the call, upon sending SMS etc.). The time for displaying is calculated in such a way as to avoid interrupting the user from doing important things, which ensures almost 100% loyal information delivery.

 

Another key feature of our Salute technology, ensuring loyal attitude on the part of subscribers, is the availability of powerful CRM-logic, which enables to personify services individually for each user, thus eliminating excessive information load, since the subscriber receives only the information he/she is interested in.

 

Interactive teaser, received by the user, contains a short summary of a service and is free. If this promotional message interests the subscriber, he presses “ОК” to order, following which the phone will receive SMS with the content.

 

The payment is made, only if the user ordered the paid content himself (some content of Salute services is free), which is for sure interesting and necessary for him/her. When this is not the case, the preview may be rejected, by pressing the appropriate phone button, or, in 20-40 seconds the teaser will disappear from the screen itself.

 

Since December 2012, the Salute-based service “Be Aware” has been deployed by Mobile TeleSystems, JLLC in the Republic of Belarus.

 

Since May 2013, the platform Salute has been managing the interactive service “MTS-News” provided by MTS, OJSC throughout the territory of “Ural” macro-region in Russia.

 

Since October 2013, the service Info-Flash of the Vietnamese mobile network operator Mobifone has been operating the Salute technology.

 

In 2014, we are getting ready to launch Salute-based interactive services for the mobile network operator in Ukraine, Tajikistan, as well as in other CIS and non-CIS countries.
